Winemaking
Fermentation takes place in our cement vats using only indigenous yeasts. Leandro Cabrini Cabernet Sauvignon is unfined and lightly filtered to preserve its freshness and character. After 6 months of evolution in cement vats, the wine is bottled and kept in our cellars for at least 12 months before release.
